Humans aren’t designed to “jog” or “run”

Some thoughts after quick viewing Eric’s new article, and he mentioned something that I shared to you guys the other with my article.

One of the reason I prefer walking instead of jogging or tuning is that most people only care about his/her breathing, blood pressure, and heart rating, no one really get the chance to deeply thinking about something. By walking a long distance, you can easily set your mind free and focus on yourself, your inner true voice, find the real you or whatever that you can’t concentrate while jogging, ruining, or even cycling.
