2019? yup 2019, cause I just reviewed them after I went to the party last weekend.
Since I did go to the party and take street photography for three strait years, I feel the differences and improvement with my photos.
I took the photos with ricoh GR II at 2019, since I had been using it for couple of years, I believe I am really family with the camera.
I really like the rich color result came out from GR II with positive film preset, and it make the photo really dramatic to me.
However, there is one thing about positive film I feel not great enough is, it make the color photo really nice, the color is really rich, but since all the color in the photo are too rich, you don’t see thing that really pops out?!
It means, if the background is not simple enough, you don’t see a focal subject unless you are the photographer.
It makes the photo looks less interesting to me, and it is also why I am so enjoy shooting high contrast black and white with my GR III now.
