I am not talking about the English you learned at school for testing, but the English that you can at least do some research online for you know about what’s happening in the world.
English is the universal language, so I believe the newest information that you can find online will be typed in English.
So it is good to have a certain English level as an designer, so you can connect to the world easier.
Not a must, but for sure it is a plus.
