Since I was also a webpage designer, I will prefer using WIX to do the fancy works to designing a website.
It is more intuitive, the block you click, you can almost edit anything with it.
For WordPress’s new function that you can customize something, I will say just keep it simple, don’t spent too much time on making big changes.
Just play around with it and let go~
