I use to put a watermark on my photos as well cause I think when people see my photos, they will also see my logo and notice who I am or the photos were shot by me.
However, the truth is, if the person likes your photo, they will download the photo and crop it without the watermark.
That simply means, they just like the photos and they do not care who shoot the photos.
And it takes so much time to put a watermark on your photos, even with Lightroom.
Believe it or not, without putting a logo on my photos, I become more focus on making new photos; within more and more practice, I actually see more myself in my photo without a watermark on it.
