You heard a lot people saying “oh be yourself is so cool”, “oh I want to be myself” blah blah blah…
The very funny truth is, who else can you be?
I think what people is trying is to become the ideal one that they want to be, they believe the ideal one is the real “me”, not the one I am being right now.
The thought,
“Stay you, be you, not become you”
台灣人大概是我認知中，最愛把「做自己」掛嘴邊的國家，但我百思不解的是，不做自己，你能做誰啊?
很多人看到電視上大聲說出內心裡的話的藝人什麼的，就會狂留言，「做自己就是帥!」「做自己最棒!」…等等超多可以舉例的。
每次看到我就在想，啊不然說出心裡話是有多難? 更何況，選擇不說內心話而說假掰的話的你，也還是你啊?! 就只是個假掰的你而已。
所以「做自己」這句話，在台灣社會中，真的聽起來很蠢又很諷刺，表示這個社會的風氣是讓大家愈來愈假掰，所以做自己才會變成多數人內心的一個出口。
