我常常跟人分享，日本，真的是非常適合企業家搞創意(不是搞怪)的國家; 但前提是，你臉皮要夠厚，能夠承受被日本人或其他腦袋還活在上世紀的人在網路上痛罵的壓力。 如果你有信心能做到，日本真的是很具挑戰性但也相對有機會闖出一片天的國家。” 今天就拿最近攝影圈還蠻熱的新聞來跟大家分析和分享一下。 如果有稍微在追蹤攝影相關新聞的人應該都知道fujifilm最近推出了一款適合街拍的隨身機Fujifilm X100V，當然為了衝銷量，富士找了不少位業界有頭有臉有名氣的攝影師拍攝宣傳影片，結果就爆出一位拍攝手法被大家罵翻的攝影師鈴木達朗。很多人覺得他拍攝的手法太超過，甚至有不少人嗆聲如果在路上被他遇到對方在拍他，他一定把對方痛扁一頓; 我看了只覺得好笑，並想勸大家一句，「對方拍你，不一定有罪; 但你揍他，肯定不會沒事」。 所以嘴炮打一打自己爽就好，不要逞一時之勇，真的去做。 其實在這篇新聞爆發前我就已經看過鈴木達朗先生的作品，應該說我是先找到youtube上他在外國街拍的影片，然後才被他拍攝的手法和作品所吸引，真心覺得這人真他媽的超屌，都不怕被人家打嗎? 但在看到他的作品之後，覺得能拍出這麼棒的一瞬間，偶爾被打一次好像也值了，當然能不被打最好啦! 哈~ 看到新聞內容還有提到網友說什麼他假借「抓拍、街拍」之名，行「偷拍」之實，我看了也是大笑三聲，人家相機都拿出來明擺著給你看了，是在「偷拍」什麼? 那些拿火箭筒或大砲假裝拍風景，其實都在拍路人的才叫「偷拍」吧?! 而且最好笑的是，請問這些網友有在拍照? 有什麼拿得上台面的作品嗎? 不然怎麼都講的自己很專業很厲害的樣子? 當然也有不少自認「攝影大師」的人拍影片訐譙了鈴木達朗一番，但也看不到這幾位「大師」有什麼比較有說服力的作品來主張自己的立場是對的… 反倒是某網友的留言讓我看了覺得最中肯，他說「請問如果今天富士只po他的作品出來，而沒有放上他拍攝的過程，大家還會這樣批判他嗎?」這句話，很值得大家思考一番。 講了那麼多跟鈴木先生有關的事後，稍微回歸正題，聊一下為什麼富士是落伍或所謂上世紀的公司吧。 因為鈴木先生是富士公司自己找來的代言人，他們在找他之前，沒有先了解過他的拍攝手法跟風格嗎? 沒有事先想過這樣的影片出來後，那種思相保守到爆的大部分國民會有什麼反應嗎? 怎麼宣傳影片被罵翻後就把影片下架還把人家從代言人中除名呢? 這些罵的人，真的都是用富士的相機嗎? 不然你這麼在乎這些人的反應做什麼呢? 富士真的會因為這支影片就失去了富士長久打下來的品牌形象嗎? 因為市場一些無關緊要的反應就做出違背原則的事情，這就是大公司的包衭，也就是大公司大企業在新世紀很難成長跟創新的原因。 所以我才會認為日本是一個很值得企業家挑戰和實現創意的國家，只要有人開始痛罵你，不要難過，你可能已經在成功的軌道上了。 (參考文章) https://www.dcfever.com/news/readnews.php?id=27179&page=2 (參考文章2) https://www.dcfever.com/news/readnews.php?id=27198 #tatsuosuzuki #streetphotography LOVE YOURSELF – Charlie

曾經做設計的時候，對自己要求都很高也很嚴格，但也常常因為跟委托人意見不合，或者就是覺得對方不懂我的明白，搞到後來不是成品做不出來，就是草草結束，對方因為不想再跟你溝通而勉強接受他們不喜歡的成品，又或者是做出對方喜歡，但你完全不能接受的東西來… 本來很開心的事，做起來不但不開心，心中還一把幹，浪費很多時間又搞得自己很累，錢又拿得不漂亮…等 但自從開始玩街頭攝影又受到Eric Kim的文章影響後，想法開始有了改變，不再那麼堅持做到自以為的完美，但又不是帶著隨便的心態去處理事情，而是以一種好奇又玩樂的心態，聽聽看委托人到底有什麼想法，或了解委托人到底在想什麼。 自從開始改變思考模式後，設計開始變得不累不辛苦還很好玩，因為你要做的事，就是把客人提供給你的原物料/想法跟你的大腦去產生化學反應/設計思考做出客人想要的東西來，而且有時你會發生很多深藏不露的客人，他們可能只是不會電腦繪圖，但可不代表他們沒有設計思考啊! 像照片中這組名片的委托人兼發想人，寫的一手非常漂亮的毛筆字，logo方面，他也有自己的幾個排版想法跟顏色; 換做以前的我，肯定先幹譙對方懂不懂配色，然後硬要弄一個自己覺得比較美的顏色給對方，但想當然的，10次有9次對方不鳥你，哈哈哈! 但這次不一樣，這次我把對方的提供的原物料/想法套進我的設計思考裡，先做出我想像中對方會想要的成品出來給對方看，很幸運的，對方很滿意，大概只改了兩三次就定稿了，要換做是以前，不是不了了之，就是改到我邊改邊幹吧… 很多人可能會問，你這設計師怎麼可以沒自己的想法呢? 以前的我，可能也會提出一樣的問題，但我現在完全不會這樣想。 因為在這網路發達的時代，根本很難有百分百原創的東西，所以比起天天去設計那些自以為「原創」(說不定只是你看和接觸的不夠多不夠廣)的作品，還不如以學習交流的心態，看看別人的想法是什麼和為什麼這樣想，這樣反而有機會跟你自身的想法產生新的火花! 更何況，這名片的排版跟logo的排版還是出自我個人的原創跟想法，所以做出來的東西，當然還是我設計的東西啦! 因為別人來排，肯定排的跟我不一樣嘛!!! 比起大家網路上常看到的漂漂亮亮、乾乾淨淨，看似很專業的作品集，我試著把我的作品套到街頭攝影裡頭，所以我會用街頭攝影的方法去拍我未來的設計成品，因為這樣能比較快的呈現作品給大家，現在是個量大練出真功夫 (畢卡索到過世那天還在畫畫)，分享才是王道的時代，不管做出來的東西有多少人喜歡或受益 (至少委托人愛不釋手，那就足夠了)，能激勵一個人願意去設計他喜歡的東西，這件作品和文章就有分享的價值!~ I used to be really strict and picky with my design, I want full control with my work…(to be continued)

You’re (already) a photographer!!! (ref article by Eric Kim https://erickimphotography.com/blog/2018/04/02/youre-already-a-photographer/ ) 無意間看到一則推文，再次有感而發跟大家分享一下我的個人看法。 其實在很多社交平台上都不難看到類似的句子，「以為拿台相機，就自以為是攝影師」之類的，當然大部分po文的都是看到那些他/她看不順眼的照片或瞧不起的人po的照片，才讓這些人有「幹」而發。 不過我們先來討論photographer這個字本身，它的意思很簡單，就是”painter of light”(用光線作畫的人) or “maker of photograph(創作照片的人)”。 所以從表面意思來看，只要會按快門的人，就是攝影師沒錯啊?!!! 但中文字很靠腰的一點，可能就在這個「師」字上，像教師、律師、醫師、設計師、造型師等其他有的沒的的師，好像一定要從相關科系畢業啦! 有什麼資格證啦! 才有資格稱自己什麼什麼師… 表面上好像尊重專業，但實際上又是在劃分階級，但其實它就是個名詞或統稱而已，完全不代表個人實力或能力不是嗎? 很多真正的攝影大師根本不是正統攝影師或甚至不想自稱攝影師的也大有人在。 我也曾經覺得去巨匠電腦上個一兩期繪圖軟體班就自稱OO設計師或XX設計師的人很鳥，那我們這些花那麼多時間和金錢在學位上的不就白痴?! 但實際上站在旁觀者、外行人或消費者的角度來看，這些東西完全是屁! 他們只在乎你設計出來的東西他們喜不喜歡而已… 尤其在這分享才是王道的年代，愈多人加入某個產業或行業，這個產業才會產生更多火花，因為一顆再天才的腦也比不上全世界的人的腦啊! 特斯拉就是個分享的好例子，伊隆·馬斯克把自家電動車的很多研究都公開，讓全世界的電動車產業飛速成長。 所以有愈來愈多人加入攝影圈或設計圈只會讓這些產業有更多刺激或更多衝擊進而產生新的東西，完全是好事啊! 因此簡單來說，就是因為大部分人都喜歡與眾不同，或喜歡高人一等，甚至單純的就是想跟大眾區分開來，所以才會有那種手機根本不是相機啦! 不會M模式的就不算會拍照啦! 不會打光的根本不懂攝影啦! 會底片機才是真正的攝影人啦之類的話常常被講出來; 但通常不是這個人多會拍或拍的照片多美，單純就是覺得自己比較厲害而已…，也就是所謂的，自以為「專業」。 但有誰是生來就是攝影師的呢? 沒有嘛… 他總有第一次碰相機(或第一次拍照)的時候嘛! 如果因為某人在當時跟他說了這句「不要以為拿台相機，就自以為是攝影師了」而打退堂鼓，那可能我們會少了很多攝影大師也不一定。 所以我們該做的是改變這文化，專注在自己喜不喜歡、享不享受拍照這件事，如何拍出自己更喜歡或讓世界更好的照片，而不是去在乎別人怎麼叫你，何況別人怎麼想，真的關我們屁事啊?! 在乎別人的想法而去做自己不喜歡做的事不叫尊重，單純就是假掰而已! 任何愛拍照的人，都歡迎叫自己攝影師!~ – LOVE YOURSELF CHARLIE
