I realized before I upload this video, there are actually many foreigners dined in here, and they all seemed like the hotpot very much.
The hotpot do include some Taiwanese traditional soup bases that you do not see very often at other hotpot restaurants.
The video is one of the server cooking a special soup base for me.
Normally, the Taiwanese style personal hotpot is not all you can eat style, it is more like a meal/ combo style with all you can drink tea, water, and sometimes ice cream.
But here, you just order the soup base of your favor and the meat you like; rice, vegetables, side dishes, and desert are all you can eat buffet.
